The SCHOOL TUITION ORGANIZATION is a charitable organization that receives contributions from Iowa taxpayers and allocates those contributions, in the form of tuition grants, to Iowa school children.
But there's something in it for you, too! Donors who contribute receive a 75% Iowa Tax Credit!
FOR EXAMPLE, a person who makes a $1,000
contribution to STO will receive a $750 tax credit toward their Iowa state taxes. Therefore, YOUR $1,000 GIFT TO A FAMILY AT PRINCE OF PEACE ONLY COST YOU $250!

Who can contribute to the STO?
Any taxpayer can contribute. However, only individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts that pay Iowa income tax are eligible for the 75% tax credit.
Is there a minimum amount to contribute?
No, gifts of all sizes are welcome!
Is this an unrestricted gift to Prince of Peace?
No, the contribution can only be used to help our school families with tuition costs.
Can a business contribute?
Yes! Small businesses and large corporations alike are able to get involved and donate to STO.
Do I have to fill out a lot of paperwork?
Donors need to only fill out a one page form to donate to Prince of Peace's STO.
