Please pray for Mrs. Andrews and her family as her husband, Michael,  passed away on Tuesday.  Visitation is Saturday, Jan. 28th from 9am - 1pm at Lemke Funeral Home South.
 
Congrats to Our Speech Team!
On Saturday, Jan. 21st, our Speech Team travelled to Monticello to compete in the District Speech Contest - Large Group.  Congratulations to Speech Coach, Mrs. Andrews, and our Reader's Theater and Enseble group - "How I Remember", both receiving the highest rating of "I", moving on to the State Speech Competition in Cedar Rapids on Feb. 4th.  Reader's Theater members are: Allyson Naeve, Clarissa Martin, Anna Yackshaw, Krista VanZuiden, Megan Mulholland, Nathan Vander Bleek, Noah Strausser, Ethan Ford, Alyssa Sikkema, Madeline Chasey, and Sydney Schreiber.  The Ensemble group includes: Keaton Fuller, Carie Kuehn, Paige Whitney, Emily Gardner, and Kyle Kilburg.  Congrats also to our 2 Ensembles, Improv, and One Act Play that received a "II" rating.  We are proud of you all!

 Morning Announcements

  • The car ride and drive lists for HS students are posted by the drinking fountains and in the stair wells. Please check to see who you are riding with or giving rides to. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Jacobs.
  • Reminder to all students: Tomorrow you will start your day at Prince of Peace Church. Please remind your parents of this. If you ride the bus, it will take you directly to the church.
  • Today’s play practice is for all cast members; 3:15-5:30 p.m. in the gym.
  • Today’s detentions are being held in Ms. Croner’s room.
